This is a beautiful Ladies Vintage hat from the late 50's, early 60's.
It is made of soft, quality black wool felt.
Designer tag inside is "Street Smart by Betmar". This will fit a 21-21 1/2" head circumference. My head measures 21 1/2" around and it fits me perfectly. This is the measurement around the circumference of your head.
This is a "tilt style" hat with a black Swiss dot veil.
There are marabou feathers on the top and an elastic chin strap.
Very stylish and classy!
The hat itself is in excellent condition with no issues, but the veil has some tears, which is common with old hats like these. You could easily replace the veil.
