It is a Vintage large sterling silver pendant with lots of marcasite stones and a genuine 37 mm Carnelian stone at the body of the pendant.
The pendant has a curve to it, which makes it very three dimensional.
Including the bail it measures 3 1/2 inches long. Quite a statement piece!
Genuine Marcasite stones in this setting - ALL are present.
