This is a gorgeous little black dress from the 1970's. It has the original label "Allegro New York". It also has a Union Label. Made in USA. It has a black ruffle all around the top of the dress. The ruffle drapes a little longer in the back of the dress. It is very short and looks as though someone may have shortened the hemline.
