This is a pretty little black dress. It has an empire waistline, bell sleeves and a flirty skirt portion. The dress has a ribbed fabric on the bustline and top of the sleeves and is quite stretchy. Perfect for the Fall with boots. It reminds me of a 1960's style, but this does not date that far back - more like 90's. (necklace and belt not included)
