This is a gorgeous Vintage deep black velvet skirt.
It is a slip on style with a button at the waist that overlaps creating a slight wrap look. I have photographed it with the button in the back but I think it was intended to be worn in the front. Either way works.
It has a Union Label and the designer tag reads "Made Expressly for The Talbots".
It also says "Dry Clean Only, Made in USA, 100% Cotton"
Made from 100% cotton velvet which is such a nice quality material velvet.

This is marked a Vintage size 10, but runs like a Small
Waist is 27" around. (you could re-stitch the position of the button to make the waist an inch smaller or bigger.
Skirt is 29" long.

This is in Excellent Condition! Perfect with a corset and black blouse.
