This is a Vintage Off white lace garter belt. Marked Jubilee, size 26. It has adjustable hook eye closures in the back with an elastic band to expand. Four working adjustable garter tabs. In excellent condition! A little rust stains under the metal parts of the garter tabs. Fits a 25-26" waist.
