This is a hardcover book from 1974 titled 'Possession and Exorcism, among primitive races, in antiquity, the middle ages and modern times'. 400 pages. Author is Traugott K. Oesterreich. Originally titled (from 1930) 'Possession: Demoniacal & Other'.
From what I can gather based on my research, this is the First Edition of this book with THIS title. It is a rare book. The book is missing its dust jacket. Though, the book itself is in near Mint condition. Pages are perfect, no tears, stains, creases at all. The only issue I can find is two black burn marks on the outside binding of the book, as if the book got too close to a candle or something. It does not affect the pages of the book in any way and is just an outside blemish.
