This is a beautiful black Ladies Vintage hat from the 1940's.  It is a tilt style with a gorgeous floewer-shaped cut-out, beaded and sequin motif in front. I have never come across another like this! So unique and stylish!  Designer tag inside is "Jackson & Moyer, Philadelphia".  Made of black Wool.  The hat has a chin strap and a very small diameter bcause it's meant to be worn tilted on the head.  The chin strap is stretched out slightly and the veil is ripped everywhere - both very easy fixes.  The hat itself is in Excellent condition!!!

These style hats are starting to become more rare, especially in this condition. This is a gorgeous collectible - a beautiful example of Ladies fashion decades gone by.
